Questions
Short answers, with the long version in the guides.
These are general answers for adults. They are not personal medical, legal, or relationship advice.
Does Definite sell intimate products?
No. Definite publishes buying guides. There is no cart, no price, and no checkout on this site. If you buy, you buy from a seller.
How do I choose between two listings?
Write one sentence each for use case, material, control, care, and privacy, using only what the listing itself says. An empty cell loses to a filled one. The comparison guide shows a pass, a fail, and a worked pair of illustrations.
What if the material is not named?
Leave that listing. Words such as body-safe, premium, skin-like, and medical grade are not a material. The care guide explains which nouns are specific and which public sources we relied on.
What does discreet shipping actually promise?
Only the sentences on the seller’s own policy. Look for the outer box, the card-statement name, and whether opened hygiene items can be returned. A badge with no policy under it promises nothing we can check.
Can I return an intimate product?
Sometimes, and often not once a seal is open. Read the seller’s exclusion before you pay. Definite cannot negotiate a return and does not see your order.
Are these pages medical advice?
No. They are general information for adults. They do not diagnose, treat, or tell you what is safe for your body. Pain, numbness, or a change you do not understand belongs with a qualified clinician.
Do the editors test products?
No. Definite does not publish hands-on scores, laboratory results, or rankings. Sample listings in the comparison and shortlist guides are illustrations, and they are labeled as illustrations.
Where should I look up a specific product?
On the seller’s page, after you know which of the five fields you are checking. Sexual is a product index in the same publishing network. It can help you find a listing again. It is not a ranking, and it is not a substitute for the seller’s shipping policy.
Who do I email with a correction?
[email protected]. Your email app sends the message. This website does not store it. Please do not include card numbers, order screenshots, or medical details.
